Our Story

For quite a few years we invested in rental homes with great success.  We averaged about 8.5% ROI per year and was very happy with that, until 2008 when a friend of ours purchased an AZ Auction Home at the Arizona trustee sale.  These sales take place at the county courthouse every day.  He purchased an auction home at 65% of that homes fair market value.  He went on to fix the home up, putting roughly $7,500 into the home, getting it on the market and selling it for a $23,120 profit.  His ROI for that one AZ Auction Home was a whopping 38.63%.  Now, granted that was a home-run investment and they don’t all go that well, but it got our attention and so we started flipping homes too.  We’ve averaged an ROI per flip of just over 19% since April of 2009.  That is “per flip” and we are doing 3-4 flips per year with that same dollar investment.  So technically we are seeing an annual ROI of 75%-80% for our AZ Auction Homes.
